Before Project 2, my partner and I, had the idea of starting a small business making and selling bath bombs under the name 'Naturally Fizz'. Since my partner, Haley, and I already had an idea for our business, we thought the best way to use our resources and expand our knowledge on having a business was to make it into a project. During the time of this project, there was a lot of trial and error with making various types of bath bombs.
English
A lot of research went into bath bombs. During our research period we found an website where two teenage girls started their own bath bomb company called, "Da Bomb." A big part of our research was finding recipes for different types of bath bombs, including sensitive skin. Haley and I have never heard of these specific bath bombs for sensitive skin so we interviewed people to get their view on bath bombs. From the interviews we realized that quite a few had skin on the more sensitive side. This led to Haley and I to include the sensitive skin bath bomb along with the others, including a dog bath bomb.

Art
The art portion of Project 2 was taking what we found from the English portion and using it to create the bath bombs. Sensitive skin, over 50s, cancer patients, and dogs were the different categories Haley and I made bath bombs for. We wanted to make something different for the dogs and cancer patients, so with the help of our art teacher, Mr. Grandi, Haley and I created 2 molds step by step. One of the molds was the shape of a breast cancer ribbon and the other mold was in the shape of a dog holding a bone in its mouth. The sensitive bath bomb was created following a recipe and the others were made with an original bath bomb recipe/ingredients we already had. Not only did my partner an I make bath bombs, we also created an online survey about logos. The survey was sent to 20 people for their decision and feedback. My partner and I wished we had coordinated our time to send out the survey to more people than we did, but making the bath bombs took a big portion of our time to try and perfect each one.

Perspective
Thinking skills are a big part of each project. For Project 2, the thinking skill we had to focus our project around was perspective. Perspective came into play in our project with the interviews. After interviewing and getting a few people's take on bath bombs, Haley and I analyzed their responses. With each response, Haley and I went more in depth on why we thought the person answered the questions the way the did to create an analysis. Perspective also came up in our art with the survey. The survey gave us the feedback and perspective on what logos were liked the best and the ones that weren't the greatest to others.
